ReminderHub may collect your name, organization, mobile phone number, communication preferences, consent records, and message delivery history.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to manage communication preferences and, when a recipient has expressly opted in, to send meeting reminders, event notifications, scheduling updates, and organizational communications.
Information Sharing
ReminderHub does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS Messaging
SMS enrollment is optional. Recipients who choose to enroll may receive up to 10 SMS messages per month from each participating organization. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
Consent and Opt-Out
SMS consent is not required to participate in an organization or submit a communication-preferences form. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP. No further SMS messages will be sent unless the recipient later provides new consent.
Data Security
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect stored information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.
